RHS Membership
For over three and a half years, I’ve overseen the Royal Horticultural Society’s membership comms (just one of my client accounts). From acquisition, gift membership and retention to seasonal promos both print and online and signage around the gardens.
We were smashing our targets to the point where RHS almost ran out of membership packs. Then when the pandemic broke, membership went stratospheric as people sought outside space and beauty.
Great for both people and RHS. And for me, my botanical knowledge has bloomed too.
